Lovely item - very effective.

Monocle for Penguin Costume

Bought with fake cigarette, cigarette holder and Retro Bird Man (The Penguin) Costume. Plastic lens was loose but soon fixed with a dab of superglue around the edge. Found it best to sew the cord to the Penguin costume so it didn't get lost. Good cheap accessory.
